目的了解现阶段长沙市大型公共场所中央空调冷却水、冷凝水嗜肺军团菌污染情况。方法随机抽取有中央空调的长沙市大型宾馆(酒店)、商场(超市)等单位的空调冷却水、冷凝水共95份,进行军团菌分离培养与鉴定。结果检测54份冷却水,军团菌阳性6份,阳性率为11.11%;检测41份冷凝水,军团菌阳性2份,阳性率为4.88%;酒店(宾馆)、商场(超市)与其它单位(啤酒厂、影剧院、博物馆等)军团菌检出率分别为11.29%、4.55%和0%。将2012年与2007年长沙市大型公共场所空调冷却(凝)水嗜肺军团菌污染检测结果比较,2012年长沙市大型公共场所空调冷却(凝)水嗜肺军团菌检测阳性率显著低于2007年(χ2=19.06,P<0.01)。结论部分长沙市大型宾馆(酒店)、商场(超市)等单位的空调冷却水、冷凝水受到军团菌污染,宾馆(酒店)军团菌污染情况略高于商场(超市),各类公共场所集中空调军团菌污染情况相差不大;经过几年的整治,长沙市大型公共场所集中空调冷却(凝)水的污染情况已经显著下降。
Objective To understand the pollution of Legionella pneumophila in central air-conditioning cooling water and condensate in large-scale public places in Changsha at this stage. Methods A total of 95 air-condition cooling water and condensate water from Changsha large hotels (hotels), shopping malls (supermarkets) and other units of central air-conditioning units were randomly selected for isolation and identification of Legionella isolates. RESULTS: 54 samples of cooling water and 6 Legionella positive samples were positive, with a positive rate of 11.11%; 41 samples of condensate water and 2 Legionella positive samples were positive, with a positive rate of 4.88%; hotels (hotels), shopping malls (supermarkets) and other units Breweries, theaters, museums, etc.) Legionella detection rates were 11.29%, 4.55% and 0%.
