“玻璃钢”成为一种结构材料,到现在还不过只有十多年历史,由于它具有很多优异性能,因此发展很快.我国开始研究试制“玻璃钢”到现在还不到一年,但职工鼓足了干劲,坚决克服了重重困难,已经取得了一定的成绩. 今年七月下旬,我部玻陶研究院,上海耀华玻璃厂及秦皇岛耀华玻璃厂在有关部门的积极配合下,先后试制成功三条小艇.这三条小艇所使用的树脂和加工方法各不相同,除了研究院的一条是用热固性酚醛树脂先压成板材再铆接外,其余两条都是塑制成为整体船身.上海耀华玻璃厂采用聚酯树脂,秦皇岛耀华采用冷固性酚醛树脂. “Glass steel” has become a structural material, but it still has only a history of more than a decade. Three boats. The three boats used different resins and processing methods. In addition to one of the research institutes, thermosetting phenolic resins were used to press into plates and then riveted. The remaining two boats were made into an overall hull. Yaohua Glass Factory uses polyester resin, Qinhuangdao Yaohua uses cold-setting phenolic resin.
