人生不如意事常十之八九,学业的不顺,工作的不顺,失恋、疾病、灾难和死亡。很多事件突如其来,让人措手不及,正所谓人算不如天算。在面临挫折前,人们的反应各不相同,但是与此伴随的情绪问题甚至比事件本身更值得人们关注。联合国专家曾经断言,从现在到21世纪中叶,没有任何一种灾难会像心理危机那样带给一代青年无与伦比的痛苦。心理危机固然可以求助于心理医生,但如果了解一些自我调节的基本知识,掌握一些基本方法,却可以让自己在生活中觅得心灵的平静。
