我自制的简易百分表式内沟卡钳,可测量内孔槽底加工要求较高的工件,既方便又准确,比较适合在工序生产中使用。尤其是对测量相同的固定尺寸误差更小。结构如图所示。图中,1.测头2.横梁固定螺栓3.限位螺钉4.百分表5.微调螺钉6.拉簧7.限位块8。横梁9.测头。卡钳爪和百分表到横梁中心距离比例必须是1:1;横梁固定螺钉配合间隙要小;百分表与微调螺钉要同轴。使用方法和内径百分表一致。首先通过在横梁上的孔移动右边卡钳脚,将需要测量的范围大致调
