高校学生党建工作是高校进行优秀合格人才培养,并对青年大学生进行思想政治教育的重要环节之一。因此,高校学生党建工作完善与否,在很大程度上决定着新世纪我国人才培养的成败。结合教育部《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》精神,透析党组织的领导和发展之方向,进而剖析出当前高校学生党建工作面临的三大挑战,即全球化趋势挑战,高校内部工作重心偏差以及基本制度建设不够完善。最后提出促进党建工作的主要思路,以期开创出高校学生党建工作的新局面。
Party building in colleges and universities is one of the most important steps in the cultivation of excellent qualified personnel in colleges and universities and the ideological and political education for young college students. Therefore, the improvement of the party construction among college students, to a large extent, determines the success or failure of China’s talent cultivation in the new century. Combined with the Ministry of Education “National Medium and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020)” spirit, dialysis party leadership and direction of development, and then analyze the current college students to face the three major challenges of the party building, that is, the trend of globalization Challenges, deviations from the center of work within universities and the building of the basic system are not perfect. Finally, the author puts forward the main idea of promoting the party construction, with a view to creating a new situation of the party construction in colleges and universities.
