针对某化肥厂循环系统低硬度的补充水水质、换热设备材质及循环水系统工艺特点,通过阻垢试验、腐蚀试验和动态模拟试验,开展了在高浓缩倍数(8倍)条件下采用低磷水处理技术及配套自控技术的研究工作,并在现场实际运行中加以应用,取得了满意的效果。
Aiming at the water quality of refilling water with low hardness of circulating system of a fertilizer plant, the material of heat exchange equipment and the technological characteristics of circulating water system, a series of experiments were carried out using scale inhibition test, corrosion test and dynamic simulation test under low concentration (8 times) Phosphorus water treatment technology and supporting self-control technology research work, and the actual operation in the field to be applied, and achieved satisfactory results.
