漏钢预报系统是解决连铸过程中漏钢事故的主要途径,预报系统中的温度成像分析关系着预报的准确率和稳定性。改进了结晶器铜板上热电偶的埋偶方式,采用3排冷热双面两只热电偶的埋设方式,对传输的铜板区域温度变化数据,进行分析处理,总结数据变化规律。利用3次样条插值算法设计了温度图像转换算法,应用VC语言编程开发了能够反映结晶器铜板温度分布的热成像漏钢预报系统。测试结果表明:系统实现了对铜板温度的在线监控,提高了预报的准确率和稳定性,成像更加细腻、圆滑,应用效果较好。
The breakout forecasting system is the main way to solve the breakout accident in the continuous casting process. The temperature imaging analysis in the forecasting system is related to the forecasting accuracy and stability. The method of burying the thermocouple on the mold copper plate was improved. The burying method of two thermocouples with two rows of hot and cold sides was adopted to analyze the temperature changes of the copper plate. The data variation was summarized. The cubic spline interpolation algorithm was used to design the temperature image conversion algorithm. The thermography breakout forecasting system which can reflect the temperature distribution of the mold copper plate was developed by VC programming. The test results show that the system realizes on-line monitoring of the temperature of the copper plate, improves the accuracy and stability of the forecast, makes the imaging more delicate, sleek and has good application effect.
