主要研究大型钢筋混凝土长柱“双机四点吊”的最优绳系型式与最优吊点位置 ,以解决大中型火电厂厂房的大型R .C .长柱整体吊装问题。以“弯曲应变能最小”作为吊点位置优化准则 ,基于吊件的水平吊装状态 ,采用“三步循环坐标搜索法”搜索各种绳系型式的最优吊点。计算了各绳系型式的吊件各旋转方位下的截面弯矩与弯曲应变能 ,通过计算结果比较找到最优绳系型式
It mainly studies the optimal rope type and the optimal hanging point position of a large-scale reinforced concrete long column “two-machine four-point crane” to solve the problem of large-scale R. C. long column lifting of large and medium-sized thermal power plant buildings. Taking the “minimum bending strain energy” as the lifting point position optimization criterion, based on the horizontal lifting state of the hanging part, the “three-step circular coordinate search method” is used to search for the optimal hanging point of various rope types. The cross-section bending moments and bending strain energies of the slings of each rope type are calculated, and the optimal rope pattern is found by comparing the calculated results.
