目的对我国消毒产品企业卫生监督结果进行综合评价,分析其影响因素,并探索各地区卫生监督情况的特点。方法收集2014年我国30个省份地区消毒产品企业的卫生监督相关信息,30个省份地区消毒产品企业的传染病防治监督合格率、案件查处数、持健康证人员占比、有检验室者占比、有净化车间者占比、卫生知识培训合格人数占比、卫生监督合格率等卫生监督指标信息进行提取分析。使用SAS 9.3软件,对其进行主成分分析、聚类分析。结果卫生监督结果的影响因素主要为四个主成分,依次为人员素质情况(λ=1.978 0)、企业配置情况(λ=1.455 4)、总体合格情况(λ=1.219 0)、案件查处情况(λ=0.882 5)。西部地区卫生监督情况较好,中部地区卫生监督情况有所差异,东部地区卫生监督排名相对靠后。结论人员素质为卫生监督结果的主要影响因素,东、西部地区卫生监督结果差异明显,多数地区卫生监督指标相对均衡。
Objective To evaluate the health supervision results of disinfection products in China, analyze the influencing factors and explore the characteristics of health supervision in all regions. Methods The health supervision information of disinfectant products enterprises in 30 provinces in China was collected in 2014. The qualified rate of supervision and control on infectious disease prevention and control of disinfectant products enterprises in 30 provinces and autonomous regions, the number of cases investigated, the proportion of those with health certificates, , Accounting for the proportion of purification plant, accounting for the proportion of health knowledge training qualified, health supervision pass rate and other indicators of health supervision information extraction and analysis. SAS 9.3 software was used to perform principal component analysis and cluster analysis. Results The main factors affecting the results of health supervision were four factors: personnel quality (λ = 1.978 0), corporate allocation (λ = 1.455 4), overall compliance (λ = 1.219 0), investigation and handling of cases λ = 0.882 5). Health supervision in the western region is better. Health supervision in the central region is somewhat different. Health supervision in the eastern region is relatively backward. Conclusion Personnel quality is the main influencing factor of health supervision results. There are obvious differences in health supervision results between eastern and western regions, and health supervision indicators in most areas are relatively balanced.
