为了实现党的十二大提出的到本世纪末全国工农业总产值翻两番的宏伟目标,粮食生产也必须有大幅度增长。洞庭湖区是我省也是全国重要商品粮基地之一,常年提供的商品粮占全省的三分之一左右。洞庭湖区粮食生产以水稻为主,1981年粮食总产中稻谷占95.8%,提高水稻产量有重大意义。在水稻中,晚稻面积最大,但单产不高、不稳、不平衡,增产潜力大。今后进一步提高洞庭湖区稻谷产量,晚稻增产占重要地位。为了了解洞庭湖区当前晚稻生产特点、主要经验和存在的问题,研究找出今后进一步增产的措施,我们会同有关教研室共十名专业人员组成晚稻生产技术考察组,从1982年10月3
In order to realize the grand goal set forth by the 12th National Party Congress to quadruple the gross industrial and agricultural output by the end of this century, grain production must also grow substantially. Dongting Lake District is also one of the important commodity grain bases in our province. The perennial grain supply accounts for about one third of the province’s total. The main food production in Dongting Lake area is rice. In 1981, the total grain output in grain production accounted for 95.8%. It is of great significance to increase the output of rice. In rice, the area of late rice is the largest, but the yield is not high, unstable and unbalanced, and the yield potential is large. In the future to further increase rice production in Dongting Lake area, late rice production accounted for an important position. In order to understand the characteristics, main experiences and existing problems of the current late rice production in Dongting Lake area, and to study and find out the measures for further increasing output in the future, we will form a group of 10 professional and technical personnel of the relevant teaching and research office to produce rice production technology.
