贫困生是高校中的一个特殊群体,随着高职院校的扩招,贫困生的数量也在不断的增加,这也成为了社会关注的热点。高职院校要做好贫困生的工作,除了在物质上帮助外,还要在精神上引导和支持他们,使他们形成正确的人生观和价值观,从而使他们能够健康的成长。本文主要从高职院校贫困生的生活现状、高职院校贫困生思想教育管理的意义、高职院校加强贫困生思想教育管理的对策三个方面来阐述。
Poor students are a special group of colleges and universities. With the expansion of higher vocational colleges, the number of poor students is also constantly increasing, which has also become a hot topic of social concern. Higher vocational colleges should do a good job in helping poor students, in addition to providing material help, but also mentally guide and support them so that they form a correct outlook on life and values so that they can grow healthily. This article mainly elaborates from three aspects: the current situation of poor students in higher vocational colleges, the significance of ideological education and management of poor students in higher vocational colleges, and the countermeasures of strengthening ideological education and management of poor students in higher vocational colleges.
