介绍了采用 Marx脉冲发生器直接驱动十隙虚火花放电室放电的实验。以前 ,驱动虚火花放电的脉冲线加速器部分由 Marx脉冲发生器和 Blumlein线构成。现在 ,去掉 Blum-lein线并重新设计小型的 Marx脉冲发生器 ,实验中在 2 55k V的放电电压下得到束流强度为4 .3 k A的电子束输出。
The experiment of using Marx pulser to directly drive the discharge of 10 virtual spark discharge chamber was introduced. In the past, the pulsed line accelerator driving the virtual spark discharge consisted of a Marx pulser and a Blumlein line. Now, removing the Blum-lein line and redesigning the small Marx pulse generator, the electron beam output with a beam intensity of 4.3 kA was obtained at a discharge voltage of 2 55 kV in the experiment.
