目的 研究原发性高血压患者空腹血清瘦素水平与血压、血脂、尿酸、左室肥厚、性别及肥胖的关系。 方法 实验组为 5 5例原发性高血压患者 ,对照组为 2 4例健康志愿者。心脏彩色多普勒测量室间隔厚度 (IVST)和左室质量指数 (L VMI) ,用生化自动分析仪测量血糖、血脂 ,用放射免疫法测量瘦素水平 ,并测量体质量指数(BMI)、腰臀比 (WHR)、血压等指标。 结果 高血压组瘦素水平高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,后者瘦素水平与 SBP、MBP呈正相关 (P<0 .0 1) ,与 BMI、WHR呈正相关性 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;男性与女性瘦素水平差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 1) ;高血压组瘦素水平与 L VMI、IVST的相关性无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,与甘油三酯 (TG)、总胆固醇 (TC)、尿酸 (U A)、血糖 (Glu)、低密度脂蛋白 (L DL)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDLC)无明显相关。 结论 瘦素水平在高血压患者中增高 ,但与血压的分级无关 ;瘦素水平与左室肥厚无明显相关 ;与性别、BMI、WHR有显著相关 ;与血脂、血糖均无明显相关
Objective To study the relationship between fasting serum leptin and blood pressure, blood lipid, uric acid, left ventricular hypertrophy, gender and obesity in patients with essential hypertension. Methods The experimental group was 55 patients with essential hypertension and the control group was 24 healthy volunteers. Cardiac color Doppler was used to measure IVST and L VMI. Blood glucose and lipids were measured with a biochemical analyzer. Leptin level was measured by radioimmunoassay. Body mass index (BMI) Waist to hip ratio (WHR), blood pressure and other indicators. Results The level of leptin in hypertension group was higher than that in control group (P <0.05). The latter was positively correlated with SBP and MBP (P <0.01), and positively correlated with BMI and WHR (P < 0.05). There was a significant difference in leptin levels between males and females (P <0.01). There was no significant correlation between leptin levels and L VMI and IVST in hypertensive group (P> 0.05) (TG), total cholesterol (TC), uric acid (UA), blood glucose (Glu), low density lipoprotein (LDL) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDLC) Conclusion Leptin levels increased in patients with hypertension, but not with the classification of blood pressure; leptin levels and left ventricular hypertrophy had no significant correlation; and sex, BMI, WHR have a significant correlation; and lipids, blood glucose were not significantly correlated
