目前,我们都在关注《普通高中音乐课程标准(实验)解读》的实施,它标志着音乐教育改革的一个新的时期即将开始。在这个标志性的文件中,充分体现了我们对21世纪音乐教育理念的理解与认识。因此,在新一轮课程改革实践中,如何认真学习和准确把握“普通高中音乐课程标准”的基本观点随即应运而生。虽然“新标准”我在以前就已经有所接触,但仅仅局限于“以学生为主”、“注重学生的个性发展”这样一些笼统的概念,随着对“新课标”学习的不断深入,如今对新课标实施的实践研究、学习也有了更为全面、深刻的理解。
