浙江省杭州市余杭县云会乡的丝绸企业,1987年产值占全乡工业产值的70%,但在1988年初,却面临着无情的竞争规律的冲击:全乡14家丝绸厂有八家停产,剩下的六家企业除一家略有盈利外,全部出现亏损。出现这个危机的原因,主要是原材料大幅度提价,产品结构单一,销售渠道不畅,管理不善,资金周转困难等。如何使云会乡面临困境的丝绸行业重新出现生机,成为全乡关注的焦点。(乡镇企业有着灵活的运行机制,但由于其本身存在着种种缺陷和矛盾,在充满生机的同时,也潜伏着生存危机。因此,乡镇企业同样也需要通过改革,探索适应自己发展的道路。)
The silk enterprises in Yunhui Town, Yuhang County, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province accounted for 70% of the industrial output value of the township in 1987. However, at the beginning of 1988, they faced the impact of ruthless competition laws: Eight of the 14 silk factories in the township stopped production. Of the remaining six companies, except for a slight profit, all of them suffered losses. The main reasons for this crisis are the large price increase of raw materials, single product structure, poor sales channels, poor management, and difficulties in capital turnover. How to rejuvenate the silk industry in the troubled country of Yunhui Township has become the focus of attention of the township. (Town and township enterprises have flexible operating mechanisms, but because of their own various defects and contradictions, they are also full of vitality, but also lurking a crisis of survival.
