利用黄瓜高抗和高感品种为对照,系统研究了节瓜、冬瓜、西葫芦、南瓜、西瓜、苦瓜对黄瓜霜霉病的抗病性。抗病性筛选结果表明:节瓜、冬瓜抗病性较差,西葫芦、南瓜较强,西瓜、苦瓜最强。以整叶透明法的组织病理学观察表明:西葫芦、南瓜、西瓜的抗病性依次增强,且均大于黄瓜高抗品种。西葫芦、南瓜、西瓜的抗病性可分为坏死型和抑制型两类。其中,西瓜属坏死型,南瓜和西葫芦属抑制型。这两种类型在产孢及叶面生理学方面也有差异。
Cucumber high resistance and high susceptibility varieties as a control, the system of cucumber, melon, zucchini, pumpkin, watermelon, bitter melon downy mildew disease resistance. Disease resistance screening results show that: Chrysanthemum, melon disease resistance is poor, zucchini, pumpkin strong, watermelon, bitter gourd strongest. The histopathological observation of the whole leaf transparent method showed that the disease resistance of zucchini, pumpkin and watermelon increased in turn, and were higher than those of cucumber. Zucchini, pumpkin, watermelon disease resistance can be divided into two types of necrosis and inhibition. Among them, the watermelon is necrotic, pumpkin and zucchini inhibition. These two types also differ in sporulation and foliar physiology.
