前曾报道,应用“匀浆互补法”替代“线粒体互补法”可以作为测试谷子、玉米和棉花杂种优势的一个生化方法。本文报道应用“匀浆互补法”测试八个水稻组合的杂种优势也获得理想的结果,准确率达85%。
It was previously reported that the use of “homogenization and complementarity” instead of “mitochondrial complementarity” could be used as a biochemical method to test the heterosis of millet, corn and cotton. This paper reports the application of the “homogenate complementarity” method to test the heterosis of eight rice combinations to obtain the desired result, with an accuracy rate of 85%.
