分析了卸荷阀的结构和工作原理,先导阀作为卸荷阀卸荷的关键控制部件,先导阀流场数值特性直接影响到卸荷阀整体的工作性能。运用流体仿真软件Fluent对先导阀进行运动流场数值仿真,对比了不同压差情况下,先导阀内部压力分布云图、速度矢量分布图及流体流线图。研究结果对矿用卸荷阀先导阀在流道结构的优化上有一定的理论指导意义。
The structure and working principle of the unloading valve are analyzed. The pilot valve is the key control component of the unloading valve. The numerical characteristics of the pilot valve flow field directly affect the overall performance of the unloading valve. The numerical simulation of the flow field of the pilot valve was carried out by using the fluid simulation software Fluent. The pressure distribution profile, velocity vector profile and fluid flow pattern of the pilot valve were compared under different pressure drop conditions. The research results have certain theoretical significance for the optimization of runner structure in the pilot valve of the unloading valve.
