7只“扶贫概念股”拟定IPO计划九月初,证监会公布了《中国证监会关于发挥资本市场作用服务国家脱贫攻坚战略的意见》。意见表示支持贫困地区企业利用多层次资本市场融资,支持和鼓励上市公司、证券基金期货经营机构履行扶贫社会责任,切实加强贫困地区投资者保护。同时将对贫困地区企业IPO、新三板挂牌、发行债券、并购重组等开辟绿色通道。在IPO排队漫长而痛苦的大背景下,嗅觉灵敏的资金很快就寻找到了新三板市场上可能受益该新政的股票。9月12
