本文用脉冲多普勒超声心动图(PDE)的方法,研究容量负荷对于平均肺毛细血管楔嵌压(mPCWP)和左室舒末压(LVEDP)与左房射血前期(LVPEP)和射血时间(LAET)之间的相互关系。方法:24例(男21、女3)心脏病患者,平均年龄59±9岁,其中肥厚性心肌病9例,陈旧性心肌梗塞7例,心绞痛11例,其它心脏病2例。ECG均为窦性心律,P-R间期正常。PDE在二尖瓣口的连续5次心动周期中作多普勒分析;M型超声测左房径。人
In this study, the effects of volume load on mean pulmonary capillary wedge pressure (mPCWP) and left ventricular end-diastolic pressure (LVEDP) and left atrial ejection (LVPEP) and ejection Time (LAET) between the correlation. Methods: Twenty-four patients (male 21 and female 3) with heart disease were 59 ± 9 years old. Among them, 9 were hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, 7 were old myocardial infarction, 11 were angina and 2 were other heart disease. ECG is sinus rhythm, P-R interval is normal.
