目的:探讨人工椎板对椎板切除术后所造成的继发性瘢痕粘连压迫硬膜囊与神经根及脊柱不稳的预防作用,为其在临床应用提供实验依据。方法:以成年杂种家犬为实验对象,在腰椎板切除术后,以钛合金表面烧结羟基磷灰石、多孔钛合金为实验材料分别制成人工椎板,植入椎板缺损处,设实验对照组。通过肉眼观察、组织学观察、扫描电镜观察、影像学观察和力学分析等判断结果。结果:钛合金烧结羟基磷灰石制成的人工椎板与骨组织能紧密地愈合,预防瘢痕压迫粘连硬膜囊及增加脊柱稳定性的作用是显著的。结论:钛合金烧结羟基磷灰石人工椎板无毒,无副作用,具有良好的生物相容性,具有明显预防椎板切除后并发症的作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of artificial lamina on the prevention of dural sac, nerve root and spinal instability caused by secondary scar adhesion after laminectomy, and provide experimental basis for its clinical application. Methods: Adult hybrid dogs were used as experimental subjects. After lumbar plate resection, artificial vertebral plates were made by sintering hydroxyapatite and porous titanium alloy on the surface of titanium alloy. Control group. Through the naked eye observation, histological observation, scanning electron microscopy, imaging observation and mechanical analysis and other judgment results. RESULTS: The artificial vertebral plates made from titanium alloy sintered hydroxyapatite and bone tissue can heal tightly, preventing the scars from compressing the adherent dural sac and increasing the stability of the spine. Conclusion: The titanium alloy sintered hydroxyapatite artificial vertebral plate is non-toxic, has no side effects, has good biocompatibility, and has obvious prevention of complications after laminectomy.
