随着时代的发展,功利性阅读、快餐性阅读、适应性阅读充斥书桌,而传统的经典却被束之高阁,教师知识结构的老化、职业阅读的不足、知识的陈旧和知识面的狭窄等问题初露端倪。为适应职业需要,广大教师应该改善阅读状况,改变阅读习惯,回归经典阅读传统,做到以下三点:一.前瞻式阅读,树立学者意识;二.潜入式阅读,树立科研意识;三.交叉式阅读,树立“大局”意识。
