用差示扫描(DSC)和热重分析(TG)研究了斯蒂芬酸铅(LS)/硝化棉(NC)/双铅2(SQ-2)推进剂热稳定性。用热力计算方法分析了四种推进剂(高氯酸铵(AP)/端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB),AP/NC,LS/NC和LS/SQ-2)的能量特性。研究了配比为55,64,73三种LS/NC推进剂和配比为46,55,64,73四种LS/SQ-2推进剂的热分解特性。结果表明:添加NC或SQ-2能降低LS的热稳定性,提高推进剂的能量,其中NC的效果更显著,认为LS和NC可选作微型发动机用推进剂的组分。
The thermal stability of LS / NC / SQ-2 propellants was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis (TG). The energy characteristics of four propellants (AP / Hydroxybutadiene (HTPB), AP / NC, LS / NC and LS / SQ-2) were analyzed by thermodynamic calculation. Three kinds of LS / SQ-2 propulsion with ratio of 55,64,73 and 46,55,64,73 were studied. Thermal decomposition of the agent. The results show that the addition of NC or SQ-2 can reduce the thermal stability of LS and improve the energy of the propellant. The effect of NC is more remarkable. It is considered that LS and NC can be selected as the components of propellant for micro-engines.
