文中提出了一种基于频谱分析仪的雷达功放模块相位测试方法,阐述了该方法的原理,详述了其在某航管二次雷达功放模块自动测试系统中的应用,并总结出移相器组选择、频谱分析仪设置、算法实现,以及相关射频转接头和参考线使用等要点。与矢量网络分析仪进行了对比测试,并从移相器精度、最小值所在状态偏差和测试条件三方面分析了结果差异。两种方法测试结果接近,但文中方法成本优势明显,是雷达功放模块相位测试的又一选择。
In this paper, a method for phase measurement of radar power amplifier module based on spectrum analyzer is presented. The principle of this method is expounded. Its application in the automatic test system of a radar secondary amplifier module is described in detail, and the phase shifter Group selection, spectrum analyzer settings, algorithm implementation, and related RF adapters and reference lines used. Compared with the vector network analyzer, the difference of the results is analyzed from the accuracy of the phase shifter, the state deviation of the minimum value and the test conditions. The test results of the two methods are similar, but the cost advantage of the method in the paper is obvious. It is yet another choice of the phase test of the radar amplifier module.
