目的比较每日多次皮下注射胰岛素(MD I)与应用胰岛素泵(CSⅡ)控制糖尿病患者血糖的疗效。方法将58例糖尿病患者随机分为CSⅡ组与MD I对照组,2组均使用诺和灵R制剂,对两组患者血糖控制情况,对血糖控制达目标范围所需时间及胰岛素用量进行比较。结果①治疗10d后,两组的空腹血糖与餐后2h血糖均明显下降,但CSⅡ组下降更明显(P<0.01)。②两组治疗后控制血糖在目标范围所需时间CSⅡ组较MD I组更短;③胰岛素用量CSⅡ组明显少于MD I组(P<0.01)。结论胰岛素泵用于治疗糖尿病较每日多次皮下注射胰岛素,具有疗效高、作用快和用量小等优点。
Objective To compare the curative effect of daily subcutaneous injections of insulin (MD I) and insulin pump (CS Ⅱ) on blood glucose in diabetic patients. Methods 58 cases of diabetic patients were randomly divided into CS Ⅱ group and MD I control group. Both groups took Novolin R, and compared the control of blood glucose, the time required to reach the target range of blood glucose control and insulin dosage. Results ① After 10 days of treatment, fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose were significantly decreased in both groups, but the decrease in CSⅡ group was more significant (P <0.01). (2) The time required to control blood glucose in the two groups after treatment was shorter in the target range than that in the MDI group; (3) The insulin dosage was significantly lower in the CSⅡ group than in the MDI group (P <0.01). Conclusion Insulin pump used to treat diabetes mellitus multiple times daily subcutaneous injection of insulin has the advantages of high efficacy, quick action and small dosage.
