医院工作指标在新形势下应起到新的能用。它不仅做为衡量工作完成情况,分析工作质量计划工作的有力依据,并且成为制定跃进计划推动工作以及检查评比不可缺少的内容。医院工作指标制定的是否先进,对工作跃进起着重要影响,因此必须把它订好。为完成在新形势下“指标”所承担的任务,确实起到推动工作检查工作,评比工作的作用,医院工作指标可分为三类。1.主要工作指标。这有以下八项:床位使用率,床位周转次数,平均住院天数,某病治愈者平均住院天数,归队率,治愈率,死亡率、某病死亡率,医疗事故件次。
Hospital work indicators in the new situation should play a new role. It not only serves as a strong basis for measuring the completion of work and analyzing work quality planning, but also becomes an indispensable part of making a promotion plan and promoting work evaluation. Whether hospital work index is advanced or not has great influence on the work leap forward, so it must be ordered well. In order to accomplish the tasks undertaken under the new situation, “indicators” really play a role in promoting job inspection and appraisal work. The hospital job indicators can be divided into three categories. 1. The main work indicators. The following eight items are: bed occupancy rate, number of bed turnover, average number of days of hospitalization, average days of hospitalization for a disease cured, return rate, cure rate, mortality rate, death rate of a certain disease, medical accident frequency.
