利用光学显微镜探讨了加热温度对耐火钢组织的影响,尤其是对钢中马氏体的影响,分析了马氏体在耐火钢中的作用。通过回火处理,研究了回火温度对微观组织的影响,利用透射电镜研究了回火前后钢中析出相的变化情况。结果表明:耐火钢的组织是由铁素体、贝氏体和马氏体组成;随加热温度的升高,马氏体含量先增后减,当加热温度达到770℃时,马氏体含量达到最大值;随回火温度升高,马氏体含量减少,析出相增多,并变的细小;析出相主要是Nb和Ti的碳化物。
The effect of heating temperature on the microstructure of refractory steel, especially the influence of martensite on steel, was discussed by using optical microscope. The effect of martensite in refractory steel was analyzed. The effect of tempering temperature on the microstructure was studied by tempering. The change of precipitation phase in the steel before and after tempering was investigated by transmission electron microscope. The results show that the microstructure of refractory steel consists of ferrite, bainite and martensite. With the increase of heating temperature, the content of martensite first increases and then decreases. When the heating temperature reaches 770 ℃, the martensite content Reaching the maximum; with the tempering temperature increases, the martensite content decreases, precipitated phase increases, and become small; precipitated phase is mainly carbide of Nb and Ti.
