2000年全国卫生厅(局)长会议2月26日至28日在北京召开。卫生部部长张文康在开幕式上作了题为《解放思想,更新观念,深化改革,依法行政,开创卫生改革与发展的新局面》的重要报告。张部长指出,今年,我们要进一步解放思想,转变观念,振奋精神,再接再厉,深化医疗机构改革,推进卫生监督体制改革,加强卫生行政执法,加快科教体制、人事制度和农村卫生改革的步伐,开创卫生改革与发展的新局面。
In 2000, the National Health Department (bureau) meeting was held in Beijing from February 26th to 28th.
