Learning from the CPC Central Committee and the State Council’s “Circular on Several Issues Concerning the Strengthening and Reform of Rural School Education”, we deeply feel that correcting educational thinking is the prerequisite for reforming the structure of secondary education in rural areas and running well in rural middle schools. In recent years, the county’s educational undertakings have been adjusted, initially overcoming the phenomenon of “swelling”, improving the conditions for running schools, and improving the quality of education. However, the problem of incompatibility between education and agriculture has not been truly resolved. On the one hand, since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee, the county’s agricultural production has developed rapidly, and the total annual grain output has ranked first in the country. Due to the development of agriculture, especially the general implementation of the responsibility system for agricultural production, rural areas need a large number of scientific and technological personnel and new farmers with culture and technology. On the one hand, most of the junior and senior high school graduates who have graduated from the school are “returned” from year to year after returning to their hometowns.
