国内部分城市在智能交通管理系统建设取得了长足发展,但也存在着一些问题和不足:各应用系统只针对本系统的数据处理,局限于简单的统计,统计信息都有其局限性,出现“信息孤岛”现象,无法实现数据融合、信息共享,为交通运行评估和辅助决策提供依据,不能进行相关系统的协同联动。为了解决以上问题,需要一个操作简单、功能强大,具有智能联动功能的智能交通综合管控平台,对已建各基础应用系统的数据进行整合,打破基础业务系统界限,完成信息规范、实现
