Located at the intersection of Hongqi Road and Jianshe Street in Qinhuangdao City, Qinhuangdao Hongqi Road Belted Greenland, with an area of approximately 3,600 square meters, is an open-plan small street garden. Its purpose is to provide a rest environment for citizens. The country adopted a natural layout approach and artificially modified the terrain to make the landscaping techniques and spatial sequences more diverse and varied (Figure 1). The southeast corner of the park is a major entrance and consists of two flower beds. The first admission is a group of small items consisting of flower beds, flower stands and colored paving grounds. The flower beds with different heights and scattered flower beds are designed to give people new ideas.
