本文根据制盐蒸煮过程的工艺特性,提出一种利用固液比补偿的液位控制方案,并给出应用于该过程的计算机集散控制系统的总体方案及系统软件、硬件的结构与功能。
In this paper, a liquid level control scheme using solid-liquid ratio compensation is proposed according to the process characteristics of salt-making and cooking process. The overall scheme of the computer distributed control system and the structure and function of the system software and hardware are given.
