本文对入院病人的病例分型、医疗缺陷及医疗转归的标准进行了设计。用医疗质量代用值及医疗质量观察值进行了临床科室的质量管理。在此介绍了我们的管理方法并探索了这种管理方法在全面质量管理中的地位及病例分型与低劣型病例的相互关系;优良型病例数及低劣型病例数与效率指标,质量指标,医疗缺陷的动态变化。三年来对全院20个临床科室检查分析了3264例,A、B、C、D型病例与低劣型病例呈正相关,因此,还可用于临床科室之间的质量比较。这中管理方法虽未能提高效率指标,却减少了医疗纠纷,三年杜绝了医疗事故
This article has designed the patient classification, medical defects and the criteria of medical outcomes for admission patients. Quality management of clinical departments was performed using medical quality surrogate values and medical quality observations. Here we introduce our management approach and explore the status of this management approach in total quality management and the relationship between case classification and poor case types; number of good cases and poor type of cases and efficiency indicators, quality indicators, Dynamic changes in medical defects. In the past three years, 3264 cases have been examined and analyzed in 20 clinical departments of the hospital. Types A, B, C, and D are positively correlated with cases of inferior type. Therefore, they can also be used for quality comparison between clinical departments. Although this management method failed to improve the efficiency index, it reduced medical disputes and prevented medical accidents in three years.
