目的建立吹扫捕集-气相色谱质谱联用法测定医疗用品中环氧乙烷残留量的方法。方法采用气相色谱质谱联用仪,对医疗用品中残留环氧乙烷进行定量分析。结果所建立的方法可测定环氧乙烷浓度范围在0.2~4.0μg/ml,能用于医疗用品残留环氧乙烷的测定。标准曲线线性关系良好,相关系数r为0.9998;相对标准偏差为0.7%~1.9%,加标回收率为93.2%~98.6%;按取样5.00 g,定容至50 ml计算,最低检出限为0.02μg/g。结论所建立的吹扫捕集-气相色谱质谱联用法,具有灵敏度高、精密度和准确度好等优点,适用于医疗用品中环氧乙烷残留量的检测。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of ethylene oxide residues in medical supplies by purge and trap - gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Methods Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was used to quantitatively analyze the residual ethylene oxide in medical supplies. Results The established method can determine the concentration of ethylene oxide in the range of 0.2-4.0 μg / ml, which can be used for the determination of residual ethylene oxide in medical supplies. The calibration curve showed a good linearity with a correlation coefficient r of 0.9998, a relative standard deviation of 0.7% -1.9% and a standard recovery of 93.2% -98.6%. According to a sample of 5.00 g and a constant volume of 50 ml, the minimum detection limit 0.02 μg / g. Conclusion The established purge-trap GC-MS method has the advantages of high sensitivity, precision and accuracy, and is suitable for the determination of ethylene oxide residues in medical supplies.
