目的讨论无痛胃肠镜联合检查的护理措施,总结护理经验,确保病人安全,减轻病人痛苦。方法选择2014年1月-2016年10月本院收治的50例需要做胃镜和肠镜检查的患者作为研究对象,给予开放静脉通路口腔用利多卡因局麻,静脉推注芬太尼和丙泊酚,同时进行胃肠镜检查。对所有患者做好无痛胃肠镜联合检查的护理工作,探讨良好的护理措施对进行无痛胃肠镜联合检查患者的临床效果。结果全部病例麻醉诱导及维持效果满意,全部患者对诊疗过程无记忆,患者满意率达100%。未发生出血、胃肠穿孔及其他并发症。结论在术前、术中、术后的良好的护理措施干预下,无痛胃肠镜联合检查可以明显减轻患者的痛苦,减少相关并发症的发生,该检查方法安全有效,值得在临床上进行大力推广应用。
Objective To discuss the nursing measures of joint painless gastrointestinal examination, summarize nursing experience, ensure the safety of patients and relieve the suffering of patients. Methods From January 2014 to October 2016, 50 patients undergoing gastroscopy and colonoscopy in our hospital were enrolled in this study. Results All cases were satisfied with induction and maintenance of anesthesia. All patients had no memory during the diagnosis and treatment, and the satisfaction rate of patients reached 100%. No bleeding, gastrointestinal perforation and other complications occurred. Conclusion In the preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative good care interventions, painless gastrointestinal mirror joint examination can significantly reduce the patient’s pain and reduce the incidence of complications, the inspection method is safe and effective, it is worth in the clinical Promote the application.
