近日,大连市档案局召开规章实施情况评估工作座谈会。各区市县档案局主管法制工作的副局长及相关人员,市工商局、环保局、公安局等15个单位的法规部门负责同志和档案管理部门负责同志共50余人参加了座谈会。参会人员结合本单位情况,谈了本单位行政执法档案管理的基本情况以及规章施行前后本单位行政执法档案管理方面发生的变化、规章在实施中遇到的问题或困难、规章的合理化建议等内容,一致认为规章的执行对规范行政执法档案管理起了很大的推动作用,同时也结合本单位实际情
