本文用信息论的观点评价了液晶固定液对于异构体的选择性,提出了以两物质的保留指数差值作为分离标志的方案。比较了固定液液态与液晶态分离邻、间、对异构体的信息量。计算了液晶、液晶硅油及硅油毛细管柱提供信息的能力。指出液晶固定液在解决数种异构体分离方面可充分显示出优势,但不宜用于复杂成份的分离。
In this paper, the selectivity of the liquid crystal fixing solution for the isomers was evaluated from the viewpoint of information theory. A scheme of using the difference of retention index of two substances as the separation marker was proposed. The amount of information of o-, m-, and p-isomers in the liquid-liquid state and the liquid-crystalline state were compared. The ability of liquid crystal, liquid crystal silicone oil and silicone oil capillary column to provide information was calculated. It is pointed out that the liquid crystal fixing solution can fully show its advantages in resolving the separation of several isomers, but it is not suitable for the separation of complex components.
