蓄电池作为矿工作业照明系统的主要构成部分,利用太阳能对其充电,有效控制充电过程,有利于提高矿工作业效率,降低生产成本。基于干扰观测技术,设计了一种用于矿井照明的光伏蓄电池控制器,深入探讨了蓄电池的充电策略,给出了光伏电池的MPPT控制的实现方法。该控制器运行可靠,适合大范围推广。
As the main component of the mining operation lighting system, the battery is recharged by solar energy and the charging process is effectively controlled, which helps to improve the miners’ operating efficiency and reduce the production cost. Based on the interference observation technology, a photovoltaic battery controller designed for mine lighting was designed. The charge strategy of the battery was discussed in depth. The realization method of MPPT control for photovoltaic cells was given. The controller is reliable, suitable for a wide range of promotion.
