对常用的手弧焊磁放大器电源进行了分析和研究。建立了该系统的数学模型,设计了闭环控制系统,阐述了根据自控理论设计调节器的原理和方法,给出了与计算机相联的接口电路。试验表明:该系统不仅实现了恒流控制,使焊接规范稳定,而且其动特性和调节特性大为改善。
The commonly used hand arc welding magnetic amplifier power supply was analyzed and studied. The mathematical model of the system is established, the closed-loop control system is designed, the principle and method of designing the regulator according to the self-control theory are expounded, and the interface circuit connected with the computer is given. The experiment shows that this system not only realizes the constant current control, makes the welding specification stable, but also greatly improves its dynamic and regulating characteristics.
