The 56 year old Fujian Provincial Com- mittee and party secretary of Xiamen City Wang Meng Hui moved northwards to serve as the Provincial Committee and party secretary of Shenyang City， Liaoning Province. Wang became the sixth official of Fujian Province to took office in a place that is not far from China’s capital Fujian deputy provincial officials.
