民航维修单位质量控制员是维修单位维修结果可靠性的最后保障,因此维修单位质量控制员的胜任力是维修单位质量控制员做好维修质量控制工作的关键因素,也是判定维修质量控制员工作绩效优异与否的重要指标。采取理论与实践相结合的研究方法,使用行为事件访谈法对维修质量控制员进行访谈,定义了维修单位质量控制员的胜任力,并收集其胜任力信息,依据调研结果及相关文献建立了包含4个一级胜任力指标和15个二级胜任力指标的维修单位质量控制员胜任力模型。同时,利用模糊层次分析法对模型中各个影响因素进行定量计算,对各影响因素的重要性进行单排序和总排序。结果表明,影响民航维修单位质量控制员胜任力的主要因素为航空知识和行业规章。
The quality control of civil aviation maintenance unit is the final guarantee of the reliability of the maintenance result of the maintenance unit. Taking the research method combining theory with practice, this paper used the interviews with behavioral events to interview the maintenance quality controller, defined the competence of the quality controller in the maintenance organization, collected the information about its competence, and established the research results based on the survey results and related documents 4 level competency indicators and 15 second-level competency indicators maintenance unit quality controller competency model. At the same time, the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to quantitatively calculate the various influencing factors in the model, and the importance of each influencing factor is singly sorted and sorted. The results show that the main factors affecting the competence of quality control personnel of civil aviation maintenance units are aviation knowledge and industry regulations.
