Background: The number of reports of serious cases of MDR-TB in KwaZulu-Natal province, South Africa, continues to increase. Purpose: To suggest a new model instead of a centralized treatment management model to alleviate the current emergency situation. Discussion: The implementation of anti-AIDS treatment of decentralized management, specialized treatment, high compliance and efficacy of satisfactory strategy. The successful strategies for the treatment of AIDS mentioned above are all worthy of reference for the currently unsuccessful TB treatment strategies. Mild and multidrug-resistant tuberculosis cases can be hospitalized at a professional institution close to home and managed at home after discharge. CONCLUSIONS: The longer the unsuccessful treatment management system is or the longer waiting for the right solution, the more MDR and XDR cases increase and the more serious the consequences.
