目的建立塑料器具中双酚A(bisphenol-A,BPA)溶出量的荧光分析测定法。方法浸泡液加热浓缩至约5 ml时,用1 mol/L盐酸1 ml润洗并转移;在pH=1的盐酸介质体系中,加入2×10-3mol/L的β-环糊精溶液1 ml,定容至10 ml,放置10 min后,在281 nm波长激发、311 nm波长处进行荧光强度测定。结果在2.0~50.0μg/L的线性范围内,所得回归方程为y=0.285 7x+0.862 1,相关系数为0.997。该方法的检出限为1.84μg/L,平均回收率在95.1%~100.5%之间,RSD为3.5%~9.4%。结论该方法操作简便,灵敏度高,且不使用有毒有害的有机溶剂,适用于塑料器具中BPA溶出量的检测。
Objective To establish a fluorescence assay for the dissolution of bisphenol-A (BPA) in plastic devices. Method The soaking solution was heated and concentrated to about 5 ml, rinsed and transferred with 1 ml of 1 mol / L hydrochloric acid. In a hydrochloric acid medium of pH = 1, 2 × 10 -3 mol / L of β-cyclodextrin solution 1 ml, fixed volume to 10 ml, placed 10 min, excited at 281 nm wavelength, 311 nm wavelength fluorescence intensity was measured. Results in the linear range of 2.0 ~ 50.0μg / L, the regression equation was y = 0.285 7x +0.862 1, the correlation coefficient was 0.997. The detection limit of the method was 1.84μg / L, the average recovery was between 95.1% and 100.5%, and the RSD was between 3.5% and 9.4%. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive and does not use toxic and hazardous organic solvents. It is suitable for the detection of BPA dissolution in plastic apparatus.
