本文采用手术切除和术后化疗方法治疗有局部淋巴转移或邻近器官浸润的中、晚期食管癌与贲门癌９８例。结果：术后８例出现吻合口瘘，其中１例因吻合口瘘致衰竭死亡，其余瘘口愈合；术后１年生存率８６．６％，２年生存率７１．１％，５年生存率１７．５％。作者认为基层医院治疗中晚期食管癌与贲门癌应适当放宽手术适应征；结合化疗，加强术后营养，早期发现与治疗吻合口瘘，可提高病人生存率与生活质量。
In this article, surgical resection and postoperative chemotherapy were used to treat 98 cases of advanced esophageal and cardiac cancers with regional lymph node metastasis or adjacent organ infiltration. RESULTS: Anastomotic fistula occurred in 8 cases, one of which died of failure due to anastomotic leakage, and the other fistula healed. The 1-year survival rate was 86.6%, the 2-year survival rate was 71.1%, and 5-year survival. The rate is 17.5%. The author believes that basic hospital treatment of advanced esophageal and cardiac cancer should be appropriate to relax the surgical indications; combined with chemotherapy, strengthen postoperative nutrition, early detection and treatment of anastomotic fistula, can improve patient survival and quality of life.
