预算绩效管理是图书馆绩效管理的一个核心内容。面对高校图书馆预算管理实践中存在的诸多问题,本文指出通过加强专业团队建设、完善制度和机制保障,构建由绩效目标管理、绩效运行跟踪监控管理、绩效评价实施管理、绩效评价结果反馈和应用管理共同组成的综合系统,以对图书馆业务各项目预算进行衡量与矫正、确保实现既定的服务目标。
Budget performance management is a core content of library performance management. In the face of many problems in the practice of budget management in university library, this paper points out that by strengthening professional team building, perfecting the system and mechanism guarantee, this paper constructs a system consisting of performance goal management, performance monitoring and management, performance management, performance feedback feedback and Application management together to form a comprehensive system to measure and rectify the budget of each project in the library business to ensure that the established service objectives.
