用反相层析法从何首乌 (PolygonummultiflorumThunb .)根茎的水提物中分得 2个新的二苯乙烯甙 (1、2 )及 9个已知化合物 :没食子酸 (3)、2 ,6_二羟基_苯甲酸 (4)、吲哚_3_(L_α_氨基_α_羟基_丙酸 )甲酯 (5 )、1,2_二羟基丙烷_1_(4_羟基_苯基 ) (6 )、大黄素 (7)、大黄素_8_O_β_D_葡萄糖甙 (8)、(+)_lyoniresinol_3α_O_β_D_葡萄糖甙 (9)、2 ,3,4′,5_四羟基反式二苯乙烯_2_O_β_D_吡喃葡萄糖甙 (10 )和 2 ,3,4′ ,5_四羟基反式二苯乙烯_2 ,3_二_O_β_D_吡喃葡萄糖甙(11)。新化合物结构通过理化性质与波谱分析特别是 2DNMR得以确定。化合物 2表现出很强的DNA裂解活性 ,化合物 1、2与 10具有很强的抗脂质过氧化活性。
Two novel stilbene glucosides (1,2) and nine known compounds were isolated from the aqueous extracts of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb. By reverse phase chromatography. Gallic acid (3), 2, 6 (4), indole_3_ (L_α_amino_α_hydroxy_propionic acid) methyl ester (5), 1,2_dihydroxypropane_1_ (4_hydroxy_phenyl) (6 ), Emodin (7), emodin_8_O_β_D_glucoside (8), (+) _ lyoniresinol_3α_O_β_D_glucoside (9), 2,3,4 ’, 5_tetrahydroxytranstilbene_2_O_β_D_pyridine Glucan glucoside (10) and 2, 3,4 ’, 5_ tetrahydroxy trans-stilbene _2, 3_ two _O_β_D glucopyranoside (11). The structure of the new compounds was determined by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis, especially 2D NMR. Compound 2 showed strong DNA cleavage activity, while compounds 1, 2 and 10 showed strong anti-lipid peroxidation activity.
