延迟焦化是重油加工的主要工艺,其流程对安全性要求高,包含频繁的间歇操作。本文在对延迟焦化流程工艺特征分析的基础上,利用具有“三重冗余”功能的TRICON系统设计了延迟焦化流程的安全控制系统。详细分析了控制系统的硬件配置、工艺步序设计、控制程序流程设计、程序的实现方法及控制设备的联锁保护等关键问题。此操作安全控制系统已经在某炼油企业成功投运,结果表明此系统具有安全性高、步序设计合理、界面友好、操作方便等优点。
Delayed coking is the main process of heavy oil processing, the process of safety requirements, including frequent intermittent operation. Based on the analysis of process characteristics of delayed coking process, a safety control system of delayed coking process was designed by using TRICON system with “triple redundant” function. The key problems of hardware configuration, process design, control program flow design, program implementation and interlocking control of control system are analyzed in detail. The operation of safety control system has been successfully put into operation in a refinery, the results show that the system has high security, step design is reasonable, the interface is friendly, easy to operate and so on.
