在PHA刺激下,IL-2/IL-4/IL-6诱发了正常人和活动性SLE患者的静止T细胞的增殖反应,而且两者的增殖反应的强度相同.然而,PHA联合PMA只能诱导正常人的静止T细胞发生增殖反应,对活动性SLE患者的静止T细胞却无作用。PMA是细胞内PKC的直接激活剂,由它提供的信号协同PHA提供的信号可以使T细胞活化增殖。因此,这些结果提示:活动性SLE患者在接受PHA刺激后其表达淋巴因子受体无异常,而在接受PMA提供的刺激信号方面有障碍,这可能与其细胞内PKC的活性化功能失调有关。
IL-2 / IL-4 / IL-6 induced a proliferative response of resting T cells in normal and active SLE patients under the stimulation of PHA, and the intensity of proliferative response was the same between the two groups. However, Induction of normal human resting T cells proliferative response, active SLE patients with no effect on resting T cells. PMA is a direct activator of intracellular PKC, and the signals provided by it cooperate with signals provided by PHA to activate and proliferate T cells. Therefore, these results suggest that patients with active SLE have no abnormalities in expression of lymphokine receptors after receiving PHA stimulation and may be impaired in receiving stimulation signals provided by PMA, which may be related to the dysfunction of their intracellular PKC activation.
