目的:探讨保肾冲剂治疗系膜增生性肾小球肾炎(MSPGN)的效果。方法:参考常规方法建立MSPGN模型。将28只雄性SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、雷公藤多甙片组(西药组)和保肾冲剂组(中药组),每组7只。造模后治疗前1 d、干预4周、8周、14周,检测24 h尿蛋白定量(24 h UP),血肌酐(Scr)、血清β-N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)。结果:治疗前,与空白组比较,模型组、中药组和西药组大鼠24 h UP水平、血清NAG以及血清Scr显著增高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);给药4周、8周和14周后,中药组及西药组24 h UP、血清Scr、血清NAG均显著低于模型组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且随着给药时间的延长疗效更趋明显。结论:中药保肾冲剂可以降低MSPGN大鼠24 h UP,降低血清Scr及血清NAG水平,作用与雷公藤多甙片相当。提示保肾冲剂对MSPGN模型大鼠肾功能具有保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Baoshen Granule in treating mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis (MSPGN). Methods: The MSPGN model was established by reference to the conventional method. Twenty-eight male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group, tripterygium glycosides tablet group (Western medicine group) and Baoshen granule group (TCM group), with 7 rats in each group. After modeling for 1 d before treatment, intervention for 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 14 weeks, 24 h urine protein (24 h UP), serum creatinine (Scr) and serum N-acetylglucosaminidase (NAG) were measured. Results: Compared with the blank group, the levels of UP, serum NAG and serum Scr in model group, TCM group and western medicine group were significantly increased (P <0.05) before treatment and 4 weeks, 8 After 24 weeks, the levels of serum UP and Ser, Scr and NAG in Chinese medicine group and western medicine group were significantly lower than those in model group (P <0.05), and the curative effect became more obvious with the extension of time . Conclusion: Baoshen Granule can reduce MSPGN rats 24 h UP, reduce serum Scr and serum NAG levels, the role of Tripterygium glycosides tablets. It suggests that Baoshen Granule has a protective effect on renal function in MSPGN model rats.
