目的:比较附子甘草配伍与附子炮制对乌头碱含量的影响。方法:建立HPLC测定乌头碱含量的方法,比较附子、附子炮制品、附子单煎、附子甘草配伍煎液中乌头碱的含量。结果:乌头碱在0.65~32.5μg/mL(r=0.9996)范围内呈良好的线性关系;附子炮制后乌头碱含量明显降低,附子与甘草配伍后比单用附子其乌头碱含量明显降低。结论:附子与甘草配伍能有效地起到减毒增效的作用,体现了中医配伍的合理性和科学性。
Objective: To compare the effect of aconite and licorice on the content of aconitine. Methods: A HPLC method for the determination of aconitine was established. The contents of aconitine in aconite and aconite herb extract were compared. Results: Aconitine had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.65-32.5 μg / mL (r = 0.9996). The content of aconitine in aconitum was significantly decreased after aconite treatment, and the aconitine content in aconite was higher than that in aconite alone reduce. Conclusion: Aconite and licorice compatibility can effectively play the role of attenuation and efficiency, reflecting the compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine rationality and scientific.
